Our client wants to provides seamless, sustainable and inclusive mobility solutions that enhance everyday life through connected, door-to-door travel options and value-added services-benefiting both users and the wider community.
Our task was to create a test and evaluation plan for the hypothesis defined by the customer, then perform the tests and analyse the results. My task was to support the project from start to finish from the perspective of user experience design.
- Define design principles, conduct research and define design studies based on the results
- Creation of concept, information architecture and wireframing
- UI design and prototype for each design study
- Iterative refinement based on feedback and research findings
- User testing phase with evaluation of questionnaires and a prototype click dummy

Project insights
There were various key topics that had to be analysed as part of the project.
The target group of our customers is mainly located in the Arab Emirates, so questionnaires and tests were performed with Europeans and Arabs. The sometimes very different results of the target groups were interesting.
One focus of the project was to figure out how to influence user behaviour to get them to switch to public transport or use less popular routes.
Various methods were verified and categorised. Those that trigger positive emotions in users were tested using a questionnaire and click dummies.
Indeed, these methods are particularly compatible with gamification. For this reason, a range of gamification concepts have been developed.
