Project overview

Fluidtime was part of the Kapsch Group for several years. During this time, there was close cooperation in UX design and various departments within Kapsch.

KTC Next was a new hardware product in the toll sector. The task in this project was to develop an app that connects to the hardware to configure and manage the device. In addition, records of routes and costs incurred can be viewed in the app and paid for. A prototype was tested by an external usability agency.

Responsibility
  • Creation of concept, information architecture and wireframing
  • Designing the user interface and creating a prototype for an external agency to test
  • Close collaboration with project managers, development and test teams
  • Coordination and communication with client
